FarEast Cues(ファーイースト)

FarEast Cues is a Japanese custom cue brand based in Iruma City, Saitama Prefecture, Japan. The company was founded in 2018 by CEO Saruyama, a highly experienced cue maker dedicated to precision craftsmanship and performance. He was later joined by two long-time colleagues, Wakui and Oki, forming a core team united by a shared vision of building truly hand-made custom cues.

Each of the three craftsmen brings roughly two decades of cue-making experience, giving the brand a strong foundation of technical expertise and deep industry knowledge. Their combined philosophy centers on producing cues that emphasize accuracy, balance, and refined workmanship. Although FarEast Cues is a relatively young brand, it has grown rapidly in Japan and is gaining increasing recognition across Asia, particularly in Korea and China, where both collectors and serious players value the precision and quality of their work.

FarEast Cues seamlessly blends traditional cue-building techniques with modern design concepts and technical innovation. Every stage—from initial design and point construction to final finishing—is handled entirely in-house, ensuring strict quality control and allowing for fully customized, hand-made cues. At the same time, the team places strong emphasis on expressing a distinct “Made in Japan” identity. Saruyama and his team continuously explore new materials, seam designs, and creative color and inlay combinations, pushing the boundaries of what a custom cue can be.
