Arthur Cue - 5-ptr Hoppe Style

This is a refined modern tribute to the timeless Willie Hoppe style cue design. Instead of the traditional four-point layout paired with a standard ivory Hoppe ring, Marcus gives the design his own elegant interpretation by building the cue with five long, even points and a beautifully executed Hoppe-style ring accented with rich Snakewood. The result preserves the clean, traditional character of a classic Hoppe cue while adding Arthur’s signature precision, balance, and understated sophistication. Rather than relying on heavy decoration, the cue highlights clean construction, beautiful wood selection, and perfect proportions, giving it a look that feels both timeless and distinctly Arthur.

The Snakewood displays rich reddish-brown tones with dramatic natural grain and texture flowing throughout the handle section. As one of the most exotic and visually striking woods used in cue making, Snakewood brings warmth, depth, and character to the cue. In contrast, the Curly Maple forearm and butt sleeve add brightness and movement, with beautiful flame-like curl that changes under different lighting angles. Together, the two woods create a clean and elegant balance between dark and light tones.

This cue comes with one of Marcus Dienst’s handmade low-deflection shafts, built with the precise taper and construction quality Arthur cues are known for. It also features Marcus’ adjustable shaft weight balance system, allowing players to fine-tune the feel and balance of the cue. The shaft is fitted with a Kaiser tip, which now comes standard on all new Arthur cues. Developed by legendary German player Ralf Souquet, the Kaiser tip has become one of the most respected and popular cue tips in Europe today.
