Randy Mobley - M22 "Rack Crasher" B&J

This is an extremely special and highly limited Jump & Break cue built by respected Florida cue maker Randy Mobley. Known for his obsessive attention to detail and engineering-focused approach to cue building, Mobley created this model as a true “theme cue” inspired by one of the most legendary transmissions from the American muscle car era — the iconic M22 Rock Crusher.

Appropriately named the “Rack Crusher,” this cue was designed to capture the spirit of raw power, precision engineering, and performance that made the original M22 transmission legendary among car enthusiasts. But just like the transmission it pays tribute to, this cue was never built to be just a display piece. It was built for serious performance.

Many people believed only 22 of these cues were made because of the M22 theme. In reality, 23 total cues were produced, and this particular cue is especially significant because it is the very first one ever built — #000.

The level of thought and detail put into this design is classic Randy Mobley. Each nose and butt section contains part of the “Randy Mobley” name, intentionally engineered so the lettering lines up perfectly once the cue is fully tightened together — a subtle but brilliant touch that also reflects how tightly and precisely the cue is built.

The automotive inspiration continues throughout the entire cue. Each cue comes with a unique joint protector modeled after a traditional old-school stick shift knob that would have operated an original M22 transmission. The butt cap is styled after a racing tire paired with a classic mag wheel design, while the decorative checkering pattern pays tribute to the iconic checkered racing flag. Every visual element ties back into the muscle car and racing theme without ever feeling excessive or gimmicky.

As impressive as the design work is, Mobley never sacrificed performance for aesthetics.
