about us
At Cuellections, our goal is to build more than just a marketplace for custom cues. We are creating a platform dedicated to showcasing carefully curated high-end custom cues with the respect, knowledge, and appreciation they deserve.
We believe great custom cues are far more than sporting equipment. Behind every cue are years—sometimes decades—of experience, craftsmanship, creativity, and personal dedication from the cue maker. Every piece carries its own story, philosophy, and artistic identity. Our mission is to become a bridge between cue makers and collectors, helping customers better understand not only the cue itself, but also the maker behind it and the journey that brought the piece to life.
At Cuellections, we strive to present each cue maker’s work and lifelong passion in the best way possible. We strive to provide accurate and meaningful information so collectors and players can truly appreciate what makes each piece unique.
Most importantly, we want to help preserve and promote the culture, craftsmanship, and artistry of custom cue making for future generations.
Every cue listed on Cuellections is owned by us and physically in our possession. We do not sell cues on consignment or list cues that we do not own. This allows us to personally inspect, photograph, evaluate, and accurately represent every piece we offer, giving customers greater confidence and transparency in every cue featured on our platform.
We are proudly announcing that we are official dealers for the following makers: Arthur, Bob Owen, Cory Barnhart, Cody Cash, Eddie Cohen, Josh Treadway, Jerry McWorter, Larry Vigus, Mike Durbin, Mike Gulyassy, Mike Stacey, Paul Drexler, Shelby Williams, and Yang Cases.

return policy
At Cuellections.com, we understand that purchasing a high-end custom cue online requires trust and confidence. Returns may be accepted under certain circumstances, but all return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the cue.
All approved returns are subject to a minimum $200 restoration and handling fee, and the cue must be returned in its original condition as received.
Any cue that was originally unchalked and has been chalked after delivery will be subject to a minimum $500 fee or 10% of the purchase price, whichever is greater. Once a cue has been chalked or used, its condition and market value immediately change significantly.
we buy our cues back only
trade-in&buyback policy
At Cuellections.com, we are highly selective with pre-owned cues and generally do not purchase used cues from the open market. However, if a cue was originally purchased from us, we are always happy to discuss buying it back or accepting it as a trade-in toward another cue.
All trade-in and buyback values are determined based on the cue’s overall condition, originality, market demand, and current resale value. Since every custom cue is unique, evaluations are handled on a case-by-case basis.
If you are interested in selling or trading in a cue purchased from Cuellections.com, please contact us directly with detailed photos and information about the cue, and we will be happy to discuss the next steps.
